From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Metro-North station. Purchase a ticket to Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan. Board the train heading towards Grand Central. Once you arrive at Grand Central, follow the signs to the subway. Take the 7 train towards Flushing and transfer at Times Square-42nd Street to the N, Q, R, or W train. Take any of these trains to Canal Street. Once you exit at Canal Street, walk west on Canal Street until you reach Broadway. Turn left on Broadway and walk until you reach Broome Street. Turn right on Broome Street, and the Center for Italian Modern Art will be on your left at 421 Broome St, 4th floor.

From Yonkers, you can take the Bee-Line Bus #1 or #2 heading towards the Bronx. Get off at the last stop at the Metro-North station. Purchase a ticket to Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan.
