Getting There

  • Bus

    From anywhere in Yonkers, locate the nearest bus stop. You can use the Bee-Line Bus system. Take the BxM4C express bus towards Manhattan. Notify the driver that you wish to get off at the stop for Central Park North/5 Ave. The bus ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. After disembarking, you will be at the intersection of Central Park North and 5th Avenue. Central Park is directly across the street.

  • Train

    Head to the Yonkers Train Station located at 1 Hudson St, Yonkers, NY 10701. Take the Metro-North Railroad Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. After about 25 minutes, get off at the 125th Street station in Manhattan. From there, you can walk east towards 5th Avenue. Central Park North is a short walk from the station, approximately 10-15 minutes north along 5th Avenue.

    If you are near the Yonkers waterfront, you can enjoy a scenic walk. Head north along the waterfront promenade until you reach the Yonkers Train Station.
