Once you exit the station, transfer to the A subway line at the 125th Street station towards Far Rockaway - Mott Ave. Ride the A train until you reach the 59th Street - Columbus Circle station. Here, you will transfer to the C subway line towards Euclid Avenue. Ride the C line for 7 stops and get off at the 34th Street - Penn Station. Finally, transfer to the LIRR (Long Island Rail Road) and take it towards Brooklyn, which will take you to Atlantic Terminal. From Atlantic Terminal, you can take the B25 bus towards Prospect Park. Alight at the stop near the LeFrak Center at Lakeside.
