From Yonkers, head to the Yonkers Transit Center located at 45 South Broadway. Take the Bee-Line Bus #5 towards the Bronx. You will need to travel about 5 stops. Get off at the Southern Blvd and 180th St stop. From there, walk east on Southern Blvd for about 10 minutes until you reach the New York Botanical Garden at 2900 Southern Blvd.

Make your way to the Yonkers Metro-North Station located at 1 Alexander Street. Take the Metro-North Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at the Botanical Garden station. Once you exit the station, walk south on Southern Blvd for about 5 minutes to reach the New York Botanical Garden at 2900 Southern Blvd.

If you are near the downtown area of Yonkers, you can walk directly to the New York Botanical Garden. Start at the intersection of Main Street and Warburton Avenue, head east towards the Hudson River, then turn left on Ashburton Ave. Continue straight until you reach Southern Blvd. Turn right on Southern Blvd and walk about 1.5 miles until you arrive at 2900 Southern Blvd.
