To get to St Peter's Roman Catholic Church at 22 Barclay St, New York, NY 10007 from Yonkers, start by taking the Metro-North Railroad from Yonkers Station. Board a train heading to Grand Central Terminal. Once you arrive at Grand Central, follow the signs to the subway. Take the 4, 5, 6, or 7 train towards downtown Manhattan. Disembark at the Bowling Green station. From there, exit the subway and walk towards the northwest on State St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Barclay St, and then turn left. The church will be located on your right at 22 Barclay St.

Begin at the nearest bus stop in Yonkers. Take the Bee-Line Bus #1 heading towards the Bronx. This bus will take you to the Nereid Ave subway station, where you can transfer to the 2 or 5 subway line heading towards Manhattan. Ride until you reach the Wall St station. From Wall St, walk northwest on Wall St until you reach Broadway. Turn left and walk until you reach Barclay St. Turn right onto Barclay St, and the church will be on your left at 22 Barclay St.
