If you are starting from the Christchurch City Centre, head south on Manchester Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Worcester Street. Turn right onto Worcester Street and walk until you reach the Arts Centre, which is located just past the intersection with Montreal Street. The Great Hall will be on your left side as you enter the Arts Centre complex.

From the Christchurch Bus Exchange located at 10 Lichfield Street, you can take the number 29 or 125 bus towards the University of Canterbury. Get off at the stop on Rolleston Avenue, which is a short walk to the Arts Centre. From the bus stop, walk towards the Arts Centre, crossing the road at the traffic lights. Continue straight, and you will find The Great Hall within the Arts Centre complex.

If you are at the Christchurch Botanic Gardens, exit the gardens from the main entrance on Rolleston Avenue. Walk towards the Arts Centre, which is just across the road. Cross Rolleston Avenue, and you will see the Arts Centre entrance. The Great Hall is located inside the Arts Centre, to your right as you enter.

If you are renting a bicycle, head towards the Arts Centre from the city centre. Follow the designated bike lanes on Worcester Street, and as you approach the Arts Centre, you will find bike racks available for parking. The Great Hall is located within the Arts Centre complex, easily accessible from the main entrance.
