Getting There

    From the center of Greymouth, head west along Mawhera Quay towards the Tainui Street intersection. Continue straight onto State Highway 6 (SH6) heading north. After about 3 kilometers, you will see a sign for Paparoa National Park. Turn left onto Coast Road. Follow Coast Road for another 5 kilometers until you reach the Truman Track entrance on your left. The entrance is marked and has a small parking area.

    Begin at the Greymouth bus station located on Mackay Street. Catch a bus heading towards Punakaiki; these buses operate daily. Inform the driver you would like to stop at the Truman Track. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive, the Truman Track entrance is just a short walk from the bus stop on Coast Road.
