    If you're starting from the Greymouth town center, head west on Mackay Street towards the Grey River. Continue straight until you reach the end of Mackay Street, where it meets the riverbank. Turn left onto the riverbank walkway and follow it until you reach the end of the pathway. From there, turn right onto State Highway 6 (SH6). Continue walking along SH6 for about 1.5 kilometers until you see the sign for Point Elizabeth Walkway on your left. Follow the sign, and you'll find the entrance to the walkway.

    From the Greymouth bus station, take the local bus service that operates along State Highway 6. You can ask the driver to let you know when to get off for Point Elizabeth Walkway, which is approximately a 15-minute ride. Once you get off, walk back a short distance along SH6, and you will see the entrance to the walkway on your right.

  • Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, start in Greymouth town center and head towards the Grey River on Mackay Street. Once you reach the river, take the riverbank pathway towards the west. Continue following the path, then turn left onto State Highway 6 (SH6) and cycle for about 1.5 kilometers.
