From Masterton, head to the Masterton Bus Terminal located at 1 Roberts Road. Catch a bus heading towards Martinborough; the service runs regularly throughout the day. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Martinborough bus stop on the corner of Ohio Street and Kitchener Street. From there, it's just a short 5-minute walk: head south on Ohio Street, and you will find Martinborough Brewery at 10 Ohio Street on your left.

If you are near the center of Masterton, start at the Masterton Clock Tower located at the intersection of Queen Street and Chapel Street. Walk east along Queen Street until you reach the railway line. Cross the railway line and continue onto the road leading out of town, following it for about 2.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with State Highway 2. Turn right onto State Highway 2 and walk for about 4 kilometers until you reach Martinborough. Once in Martinborough, turn left onto Ohio Street, and Martinborough Brewery will be on your right at 10 Ohio Street.
