    Start at Masterton's town center, near the Masterton i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 126 Queen Street. Head south on Queen Street towards the intersection with Chapel Street. Continue straight onto Lincoln Road, and follow it as it curves to the right. After about 1.5 km, you will reach the intersection with State Highway 2. Cross the highway at the pedestrian crossing and continue onto the footpath beside the highway heading towards Carterton. After approximately 3 km, you will reach Carterton. Look for the signs directing you to Carrington Park, which is located just off the main road. You may need to navigate through local streets to reach the park entrance, which is situated at the address Carterton 5713.

    From Masterton, catch the bus to Carterton. Buses run regularly from the Masterton Bus Station. Make sure to check the schedule for the next departure.
