Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in central Nelson, start at the Nelson Market on Montgomery Square. Head north on Trafalgar Street until you reach the intersection with Hardy Street. Turn left onto Hardy Street and continue until you reach the end of the street, where you will turn right onto Bridge Street. Follow Bridge Street until it becomes Main Road Stoke. Continue on Main Road Stoke for approximately 3 km, and you will find McCashins Brewery at 660 Main Road Stoke, on your left. The walk should take about 40-50 minutes.

• Public Transport

  From the Nelson i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 74 Trafalgar Street, catch the Nelson City bus service towards Stoke. The bus stop is just outside the i-SITE. You will need to get off at 'Bishopdale Drive near McCashins' bus stop, which is approximately 20 minutes away. From there, it’s a short walk of about 10 minutes. Head east on Bishopdale Drive until you reach Main Road Stoke, then turn left, and McCashins Brewery will be on your right at 660 Main Road Stoke.

• Biking

  If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the local shops in Nelson. Starting from the Nelson City centre, head north on Trafalgar Street, and then turn left onto Hardy Street. Continue to Bridge Street, which turns into Main Road Stoke. The route is mostly flat and should take about 15-20 minutes to reach McCashins Brewery at 660 Main Road Stoke.
