Walking
If you are starting from the New Plymouth CBD, head west along Devon Street East. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the roundabout at the intersection with Brooklands Park Drive. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Brooklands Park Drive. Walk along Brooklands Park Drive for about 1 kilometer, and you will arrive at the Bowl of Brooklands, which will be on your left side.

From the New Plymouth Bus Station, take the number 4 bus route towards Brooklands. The bus will take you along Devon Street. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the Brooklands Park Drive stop. From there, walk about 10 minutes along Brooklands Park Drive, and you will reach the Bowl of Brooklands on your left.
