Walking
If you are starting from the New Plymouth CBD, head west on Devon Street West. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Frankley Road. Turn left onto Frankley Road and continue for about 500 meters. You will see the TSB Stadium on your left at 1 Rogan Street, Welbourn.

From the New Plymouth Bus Terminal, catch the bus route that goes to Welbourn. You can check the schedule for the next available bus. Once on the bus, stay on for approximately 20 minutes and get off at the Rogan Street stop. From there, walk down Rogan Street for about 5 minutes, and TSB Stadium will be on your right.

If you are renting a bicycle, start from the New Plymouth CBD and head west on Devon Street West. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers, then take a left onto Frankley Road.
