    If you're starting from the New Plymouth CBD, head towards the coastal walkway located along the southern edge of the city. Walk towards the east along Devon Street West until you reach the intersection with the coastal walkway. Turn left onto the coastal walkway and continue walking along the waterfront. The Wind Wand will be visible from a distance as you approach, located at the eastern end of the Puke Ariki Landing, near the New Plymouth Coastal Walkway and the beach.
