If you are driving, start from the center of Punakaiki. Head north on State Highway 6, which runs along the coast. The Pancake Rocks and Blowholes Track is located at 4294 State Highway 6, just a short 5-minute drive (approximately 3 km) from the main Punakaiki area. Look for the designated parking area on your right. There is no parking fee.

If you are within walking distance in Punakaiki, simply walk along State Highway 6 heading north. The track entrance will be on your right after about a 30-minute walk (approximately 2.5 km) from the Punakaiki River. Stay alert to traffic as it is a main road.
