From Rotorua, head to the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 1170 Fenton Street. Here, you can catch a bus to Kahu. The bus service to Kahu operates regularly, so check the schedule for the next departure. Once you arrive in Kahu, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 kilometers to Hot Water Beach. Head south on State Highway 30 for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with Tikitere Road. Turn left onto Tikitere Road and continue walking until you see signs for Hot Water Beach.
