    If you're starting from Invercargill, take State Highway 1 heading south. Continue on this route for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the town of Bluff. In Bluff, take a right onto Bluff Highway (State Highway 1A) and follow the signs towards Rakiura National Park. Continue for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, then turn onto Rakiura Road. Follow the signs for Seal Rock, which will lead you to the parking area near the beach. The drive should take about 1 hour and 45 minutes in total.

    From Invercargill, you can take a bus to Bluff. Once you arrive in Bluff, you will need to arrange for a shuttle service or taxi to get to Seal Rock, as public transport directly to Seal Rock is limited.
