Bus
From the center of Wanaka, head to the Wanaka i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 103 Ardmore Street. You can catch the Local Link bus service that runs toward Cromwell. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the latest times. The bus will take you toward Bannockburn. Get off at the Bannockburn stop, which is the closest to your destination. From there, it’s approximately a 15-minute walk to Te Kano Estate. Head down Felton Road, and you’ll arrive at 92 Felton Road.

Walking
If you prefer walking from central Wanaka, start at the Wanaka i-SITE Visitor Centre. Head south on Ardmore Street until you reach the lake. Continue along the waterfront path until you reach the main road. Turn left onto State Highway 6 and walk towards Cromwell. It's about a 3-hour walk (approximately 15 km), so be sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water. Follow the highway until you see signs for Bannockburn, then turn onto Felton Road. Te Kano Estate will be located at 92 Felton Road.

Bicycle
If you're up for a bike ride, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Wanaka. Start at the Wanaka i-SITE Visitor Centre and head south on Ardmore Street toward the lake. Follow the scenic path along the waterfront, and then continue onto State Highway 6 heading towards Cromwell. You can cycle along the road for about 15 km to reach Bannockburn. Once you reach Bannockburn, turn onto Felton Road, and you’ll find Te Kano Estate at 92 Felton Road. The ride takes about 1 to 1.5 hours depending on your speed.
