Starting from the Wanaka i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 103 Ardmore Street, exit the centre and turn left onto Ardmore Street. Walk straight for about 200 meters until you reach the intersection with Dungarvon Street. Continue straight, and you will see The Hand that Nurtures at 100 Ardmore Street on your right-hand side. The sculpture is located along the lakefront, making it a picturesque walk.
