Walking
Start your journey at the Wanaka i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 103 Ardmore Street. Head southeast on Ardmore Street toward the lake. Continue walking along the lakefront promenade, enjoying the scenic views of Lake Wanaka. Follow the path until you reach the junction with Lakeside Road. Turn left onto Lakeside Road and continue until you reach the intersection with State Highway 6. At this point, you can either take a bus or continue walking along State Highway 6 towards Cromwell.
