    If you are starting from the Wellington Railway Station, you can take the number 3 bus towards Miramar. Get off at the 'Customhouse Quay' stop. From there, walk towards the waterfront by heading down Customhouse Quay street. Continue walking along the waterfront promenade until you reach the Wellington Waterfront Walk. The bus ride takes about 10 minutes, and expect a short 5-minute walk to the waterfront.

    From the Te Papa Museum, exit the museum and head towards the waterfront. Walk along the waterfront promenade, following the signs towards the Wellington Waterfront Walk. It’s a scenic 10-minute walk where you can enjoy the views of the harbor and the city skyline.

    If you are near the Wellington Cable Car station, you can take the cable car down to Lambton Quay. Once at Lambton Quay, walk towards the waterfront by heading down towards the sea. After a short walk, you’ll reach the waterfront area. The entire journey will take about 20-25 minutes including the tram ride and walk.
