Getting There

Walking
If you are starting from the Wellington city center, make your way to Lambton Quay. Head towards the waterfront by walking down Featherston Street until you reach the waterfront promenade. Once at the waterfront, turn left and follow the promenade along the waterfront. Continue walking along the scenic path until you reach Oriental Bay. The Boat Sheds are located at Oriental Bay, right along the beach. Look for the colorful wooden sheds that line the shoreline.

You can take the number 2 bus from the Wellington city center towards Kilbirnie. Board the bus at any of the stops along Lambton Quay.
