If you are starting from Cuba Street, head south along Cuba Street towards the waterfront. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Wakefield Street. Turn right onto Wakefield Street and walk until you reach the intersection with Bowen Street. Turn left onto Bowen Street, and you will find the Wellington Cenotaph at 1 Bowen Street. It is located near the entrance to the Wellington Botanic Garden, making it easily identifiable.

If you are near the Wellington Central Bus Station, take any bus heading towards the city center. Get off at the stop on Wakefield Street, which is a short walk to the Wellington Cenotaph. From the bus stop, walk along Wakefield Street until you reach Bowen Street, then turn left. The Cenotaph will be on your left at 1 Bowen Street.

Starting from the Wellington Waterfront, walk up Jervois Quay towards the city center. At the intersection with Victoria Street, turn left and continue walking until you reach Bowen Street. Turn right onto Bowen Street, and the Wellington Cenotaph will be on your right at 1 Bowen Street, opposite the Wellington Botanic Garden.

If you are near the Wellington Cable Car station, take the cable car up to the Kelburn terminal. From there, follow the signs to walk down the hill towards the city center.
