If you're coming from Wilmington, NC, take US-17 S towards Myrtle Beach. After about 25 miles, merge onto NC-133 S towards Southport. Continue on NC-133 S for about 10 miles, then turn right onto NC-211 S. Follow NC-211 S for approximately 6 miles until you reach Oak Island. Once on Oak Island, turn left onto Caswell Beach Rd. The Oak Island Lighthouse will be on your right at 300a Caswell Beach Rd.
