Walking
If you are in the Uptown area of Charlotte, start at the intersection of Trade and Tryon streets. Walk north on Tryon Street for about 0.4 miles until you reach 7th Street. Turn left onto 7th Street and continue walking for about 0.2 miles until you reach N Poplar Street. Turn right onto N Poplar Street, and you will find Fourth Ward Park at 301 N Poplar St on your left.
Light Rail
If you are near a light rail station, take the Lynx Blue Line towards I-485. Disembark at the 7th Street Station. From the station, walk north on Tryon Street for about 0.4 miles. Turn left onto 7th Street, and continue for about 0.2 miles. Turn right onto N Poplar Street, and Fourth Ward Park will be at 301 N Poplar St on your left.
Bus
Locate the nearest CATS bus stop and take bus number 11 or 22 heading towards Uptown. Disembark at the stop near the intersection of 7th and N Tryon Street. From there, walk north on Tryon Street for about 0.4 miles, then turn left onto 7th Street. Walk for about 0.2 miles and turn right onto N Poplar Street. Fourth Ward Park will be located at 301 N Poplar St on your left.
