If you are near the Uptown area, take the LYNX Light Rail. Board the Blue Line at any station heading southbound. Get off at the 'Trade St' station. From there, walk south on Tryon St for about 5 minutes. The Mint Museum Uptown will be on your right at 500 S Tryon St.

You can take the CATS bus service. Look for routes 11, 15, or 22 which all stop near the museum. Get off at the 'Tryon and 5th' stop. From there, walk south on Tryon St for about 2 minutes and you will reach the Mint Museum Uptown at 500 S Tryon St.

Walking
If you are already in the Uptown area, you can walk to the Mint Museum Uptown. Locate South Tryon Street and head south. Continue walking for about 10 minutes. The Mint Museum will be on your right at 500 S Tryon St, right across from the Bank of America Corporate Center.

Charlotte has a bike-sharing program called 'Charlotte B-Cycle'. You can rent a bike from any B-Cycle station in the Uptown area. Ride south on Tryon St for about 10 minutes. The Mint Museum Uptown is located at 500 S Tryon St on your right.
