If you are driving from anywhere in Crystal Coast, take US-70 W towards New Bern. Continue on US-70 W for approximately 30 miles. Once you reach New Bern, take the exit toward US-17 S/US-70 Bus/Washington St. Merge onto US-17 S/US-70 Bus and continue for about 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Battlefield Trail, and you will find the New Bern Civil War Battlefield Park at 300 Battlefield Trail on your right. There is no parking fee at the park.
