After disembarking, head southwest on Highway 70 towards Narrows of the Harpeth Road. Continue walking for about 1.5 miles and you will reach Harpeth River State Park at 1254 Narrows of the Harpeth Rd.

    If you prefer to bike, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Hendersonville. Start your journey by heading south on Main Street until you reach Highway 70. Follow Highway 70 west for about 10 miles. When you reach Kingston Springs, turn right onto Narrows of the Harpeth Road.
