Getting There

  • Car

    If you're already within Nantahala National Forest, take NC-19/74 W towards Bryson City. Continue on this road for about 15 miles. After that, take the exit for US-19 N towards Murphy. Drive for approximately 4 miles and then take a right onto NC-28 N. After about 7 miles, turn left onto Nelsons Campground Rd. The campground is located at 57 Nelsons Campground Rd, Topton, NC 28781. Follow the road until you see the entrance.
