    From Wrightsville Beach, head southwest on East Salisbury Street towards the Wrightsville Beach Causeway. Continue on the Causeway and merge onto US-76 W. Follow US-76 W until it becomes NC-133 S. Continue on NC-133 S for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with Oak Island Drive. Turn left onto Oak Island Drive and follow it until you reach Caswell Beach Road. Turn left on Caswell Beach Road and you will find the Oak Island Lighthouse at 300a Caswell Beach Rd on your right.

    Take the Wave Transit bus from Wrightsville Beach to Wilmington. Board the bus at the nearest stop on Wrightsville Beach and ride to the Wilmington Transfer Center. From there, catch the 206 bus towards Southport. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Oak Island Drive and Caswell Beach Road. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the Oak Island Lighthouse located at 300a Caswell Beach Rd.
