Walking
Start at the Aksla viewpoint entrance located at the edge of the city center. Head towards the main road, Storgata, and walk uphill on the marked path leading towards the Aksla mountain. Follow the signs for Byrampen Viewpoint. The walk is approximately 30 minutes long and includes several steps and steep paths. Enjoy the views along the way!

Public Transport
From the city center, take bus number 601 or 602 from the bus station near the Tourist Information Center. Get off at the Aksla stop. From there, follow the signs directing you to Byrampen Viewpoint. It's a short walk uphill from the bus stop, taking around 10-15 minutes.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental services in Ålesund. Head towards the Aksla viewpoint, taking the bike path that runs parallel to the main road. The cycle route will lead you to the base of Aksla mountain, where you can park your bike and walk the remaining distance to Byrampen Viewpoint, which is about a 15-minute walk uphill.
