Walking
If you are in the city center, start at the iconic Fish Market (Fisketorget), which is located at Torget, 5014 Bergen. From there, head towards the harbor by walking along the waterfront promenade. Continue walking along the harbor front until you reach Strandkaien. Bryggen Harbour view is located directly at Strandkaien, 5013 Bergen. You will see the beautiful wooden buildings of Bryggen on your left as you approach the waterfront.
Public Transport - Light Rail
If you are further away from the city center, take the light rail (Bybanen) towards Lagunen. Get off at the 'Bergen stasjon' stop. From the station, exit and walk towards the harbor by heading west on Strømgaten. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront. Turn left and walk along the promenade to Strandkaien. Bryggen Harbour view will be on your left as you walk along the water.
Public Transport - Bus
For those starting from areas outside the central city, take any bus that heads towards the city center and disembark at 'Bergen busstasjon.' From the bus station, walk towards the harbor by heading west on Strømgaten. Keep walking straight until you reach the waterfront. Bryggen Harbour view will be visible on your left along Strandkaien.
