Start at the Fredrikstad Bus Station, which is centrally located. From the station, take bus number 10 towards 'Kråkerøy'. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Habornveien' stop. Once you exit the bus, head east on Habornveien. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you reach a small trail entrance on your left that leads into the forest. Follow this path, and you will soon arrive at Fugletittertårn.

If you prefer to walk from the city center, start at the Fredrikstad Cathedral. Head south on Storgata, then take a right onto Rådhusgata. Continue until you reach the river, then follow the pedestrian path along the riverbank. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will reach the bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight on Habornveien for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for Fugletittertårn directing you into the forest area, where the tower is located.

Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Fredrikstad. Start from the city center and head towards the waterfront. Follow the bike paths along the river until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge and continue on Habornveien, cycling for about 2 kilometers. Look for signs that point towards Fugletittertårn, and follow the designated bike path leading into the forest.
