Walking
If you are starting from Fredrikstad's city center, walk towards the riverfront, heading east. Continue along the river until you reach the Old Town bridge (Gamlebyen bru). Cross the bridge, and you will be in Gamlebyen. Once you cross the bridge, turn left onto Vesterelva street. Follow this street until you reach Voldgaten. Turn right onto Voldgaten, and walk for about 5 minutes. The Old Town Model Train Center will be on your left at Voldgaten 8.

Public Transport - Bus
From the Fredrikstad Bus Station, take bus number 1 towards Gamlebyen. The bus ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the Gamlebyen stop. Once you exit, walk straight ahead on Gamlebyveien until you reach Voldgaten. Turn left onto Voldgaten, and you will find the Old Town Model Train Center at Voldgaten 8, just a short walk down the street.

If you choose to rent a bicycle, start by heading east towards the riverfront from the city center. Follow the bike paths along the river, then cross the Old Town bridge (Gamlebyen bru).
