Walking
If you are starting from the Fredrikstad city center, head east towards Storgata. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Jernbanegata. Turn left onto Jernbanegata and walk until you reach the Fredrikstad Station. From the station, follow signs for the pedestrian walkway towards the riverfront. Once you reach the river, turn right and walk along the waterfront until you see Parc Fredrikstad on your left, just past the bridge.

Public Transport
From Fredrikstad central bus station, take bus number 2 towards 'Borgheim' or bus number 3 towards 'Gressvik'. Get off at the 'St. Hansfjellet' stop. From there, walk south on St. Hansfjellet street until you reach the intersection with Torsnesveien. Turn left and continue walking until you see Parc Fredrikstad on your right. The park is easily visible from the road.
