    If you are starting from Fredrikstad's train station, exit the station and head south on Jernbanegata. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kongens gate. Turn left onto Kongens gate and walk for about 10 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafes. When you reach the town square (Torvet), continue straight onto Torvgaten. Fredrikstad's Old Town will be located on your right side at Torvgaten 59 A.

    Public Transport (Bus)

    From the city center, head to the nearest bus stop (for example, near the Fredrikstad City Hall). Take bus number 3 towards 'Gamlebyen.' The bus will take you directly to the Gamlebyen stop. Once you get off, walk towards Torvgaten, which is just a short walk away. Fredrikstad's Old Town is located at Torvgaten 59 A.

    Bicycle

    If you are renting a bicycle, start from the center of Fredrikstad and head towards the riverfront. Follow the bike path along the Fjorden towards the Old Town area. You will find clear signage directing you to Gamlebyen.
