If you're in central Oslo, start by heading to the nearest T-bane (metro) station. You can take Line 1 (Frognerseteren) or Line 2 (Ellingsrudåsen) to Jernbanetorget station. From there, switch to tram line 12 towards Majorstuen. Get off at the stop called 'Sørenga' which is about a 15-minute ride. Once you exit the tram, walk straight towards the waterfront, and you will see Sørenga Sjøbad directly ahead.

If you are located near the Oslo Opera House, you can take a scenic walk to Sørenga Sjøbad. Start at the Opera House, facing the fjord. Walk down the steps towards the water, and then head right along the waterfront promenade. Continue walking along the path for about 15 minutes. You will pass through the beautiful Sørenga area, and you'll soon arrive at the Sjøbad.
