Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Grünerløkka, head southwest on Thorvald Meyers gate towards Bislett. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Bislett. Turn right onto Bislett, which will lead you towards the Frogner area. Continue straight for another 1 kilometer. You will then arrive at The Vigeland Park entrance at Nobels gate 32. The park is well marked, and you will see the iconic sculptures as you approach.

    From Grünerløkka, walk to the nearest tram stop, which is at Schous Plass. Take Tram Line 11 towards Majorstuen or Tram Line 12 towards Majorstuen. After about 10 minutes, get off at the Frogner Park stop. From there, walk approximately 5 minutes to reach The Vigeland Park located at Nobels gate 32. The tram ticket costs around 40 NOK for a single journey.
