Walking
From Majorstuen, head south on Kirkeveien towards Bislett. Continue straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Frognerveien. Turn right onto Frognerveien and walk straight for about 400 meters. You will see a sign for The Vigeland Museum on your left at Nobels gate 32. The total walking distance is approximately 1 kilometer and should take around 15-20 minutes.

Public Transport
From Majorstuen Station, take the metro Line 1 (Forskningsparken) towards Frognerseteren. Get off at the next stop, 'Frogner Stadion'. Exit the station and walk north on Frognerveien for about 700 meters. Turn left onto Nobels gate, and you will find The Vigeland Museum on your left. The metro ticket costs approximately 38 NOK (as of the latest fare).
