If you are traveling by car from the Lake Erie Islands, first take a ferry back to the mainland at either the Jet Express or Miller Ferry. Once you reach the mainland, head west on Lake Street (State Route 2) towards Toledo. Continue on SR-2 until you reach I-75 South. Take I-75 South and exit at 195 toward Perrysburg. Merge onto US-20 W (also known as W. South Boundary Street) and follow it until you reach W. River Road. Turn right onto W. River Road, and you will find Fort Meigs Historic Site at 29100 W River Rd, Perrysburg, OH 43551. There may be a toll on I-75, so be prepared for that.
