Getting There

  • Car

    From Maumee Bay State Park, head southwest on East Lake Road towards the junction with State Route 2. Turn left onto State Route 2 and continue for about 5 miles. Merge onto I-75 N toward Toledo. Stay on I-75 N for about 10 miles, then take exit 201 for Central Avenue. Turn left onto Central Avenue and continue for approximately 2 miles. Wildwood Preserve Metropark will be on your right at 5100 Central Ave, Toledo, OH 43615.

    From Maumee Bay State Park, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service (such as Uber or Lyft) to the nearest public transportation hub, which is the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) bus station. Once at the TARTA station, take the Route 4 bus heading towards Downtown Toledo. Transfer to the Route 14 bus at the next stop and continue your journey towards Central Avenue. Get off at the stop closest to 5100 Central Ave. Wildwood Preserve Metropark will be a short walk from there.
