Car
If you're driving to Cuyahoga Valley National Park from downtown Akron, head west on E Market St toward S Main St. Take the ramp onto I-77 S and follow it for about 15 miles. Take exit 137 for Brecksville Rd toward Ohio 82 W. Continue on Brecksville Rd and follow signs for Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Once you arrive, you can park at the visitor center or other designated areas within the park.

Public Transportation
To get to Cuyahoga Valley National Park using public transportation, start at the Akron Metro Transit Center. Take the Route 1 bus towards the Akron Canton Airport. Get off at the Brecksville Station. From there, you can catch the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad, which will take you directly into the park. Make sure to check the train schedule in advance for the best times.

If you're traveling from Cleveland, get onto I-77 S from E 9th St. Continue on I-77 S for about 15 miles. Take exit 137 for Brecksville Rd toward Ohio 82 W. Follow Brecksville Rd and look for signs directing you to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Parking is available at various locations, including the visitor center.

From downtown Cleveland, take the RTA Rapid Transit to the Tower City station. Transfer to the Blue Line towards the Airport and get off at the Brecksville station. From Brecksville, you can either walk to the park (approximately 2 miles) or catch a taxi/rideshare service to the park entrance.
