From the center of Ouachita National Forest, head south towards Talihina on Highway 271. Continue on Highway 271 for approximately 30 miles. As you approach Talihina, look for signs directing you to Panorama Vista. Turn onto County Road 7 (also known as Kiamichi Drive) and follow it for about 3 miles. The entrance to Panorama Vista will be on your left. There is no entrance fee.
