    From any location in Ash Sharqiyah North Governorate, head towards the main highway (Muscat-Sur Highway). You can use Google Maps for navigation. Drive southeast towards the town of Tiwi. The Wadi Shab entrance is located approximately 6 km from Tiwi. Look for signs for 'Wadi Shab' as you near Tiwi. Upon reaching the entrance, you will find a parking area where you can leave your car. Note that there may be a small parking fee of around 1 OMR.

    If you prefer public transportation, take a bus or shared taxi (also known as a 'pickup') from towns like Sur or Muscat, heading towards Tiwi. Confirm with the driver that they will drop you off at the Wadi Shab entrance or in Tiwi. The bus fare from Sur to Tiwi should be around 2 OMR. Once in Tiwi, you may need to walk approximately 6 km to the Wadi Shab entrance or hire a local taxi for the remaining distance.

    After reaching the Wadi Shab entrance (after parking your car or arriving by public transport), you will need to take a short boat ride across the clear waters to reach the hiking trail.
