If you are traveling by car within the Cascade Mountains, head towards the town of Cascade Locks, Oregon. From Interstate 84, take Exit 44 and follow signs for Cascade Locks. Once in town, turn onto NE Eagle Creek Loop. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 miles until you reach the Eagle Creek Trailhead parking area. Note that there is a day-use fee of $5 for parking, which you can pay at the self-serve station located at the trailhead.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take the Columbia Gorge Express from Portland, which operates daily service to Cascade Locks. Once you arrive at the Cascade Locks stop, you will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles to the Eagle Creek Trailhead. Follow NE Eagle Creek Loop, which will lead you directly to the trailhead.
