If you are driving from Hood River, head west on I-84 E for about 15 miles. Take exit 44 for Cascade Locks. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Cascade Locks Highway. Continue on this road for about 1 mile until you see signs for Oneonta Tunnel on your right. There is a parking area available nearby.
