Once you reach the junction with Highway 126, take the exit for Highway 126 towards Sisters. Continue on Highway 126 for approximately 25 miles until you see signs for Belknap Springs. Turn onto Belknap Springs Road and follow it for about 5 miles. You will find a parking area designated for Upper Proxy Falls. Note: There is usually no parking fee, but check local signage for any updates.
