Merge onto I-84 E and drive for about 35 miles. Take exit 188 for OR-82 S towards La Grande/Echo. Turn right onto OR-82 S and continue for about 7 miles until you reach the City of Echo. Turn left onto Water Street to reach the City of Echo National Historic Site.
