From downtown Klamath Falls, take the Klamath Falls Transit bus line towards Rocky Point. The bus will take you along Highway 97. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time as it may not run frequently. Get off at the Rocky Point Road stop, which is the closest stop to Upper Klamath National Wildlife Refuge.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle from a local shop in Klamath Falls. Start by heading north on Main St, then take a left on S 6th St. Continue on S 6th St until you reach Highway 97. From there, turn left and ride north for approximately 10 miles. Look for Rocky Point Road on your right, and follow it until you reach the refuge entrance at 26661 Rocky Point Rd.

Walking to Upper Klamath National Wildlife Refuge is quite a trek, but if you're up for it, start from the center of Klamath Falls. Head north on Main St until you reach S 6th St. Turn left on S 6th St, and then continue until you reach Highway 97. Follow the highway north for about 10 miles. When you reach Rocky Point Rd, turn right and walk until you reach the refuge entrance.
