Car
If you are traveling by car, you can start your journey from Muzaffarabad, the capital of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Drive on the Neelum Road (N-75) towards the town of Leepa. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will reach a junction. Take the left turn onto Toli Peer Road. The road is well-maintained but can be steep and winding. Follow the Toli Peer Road for about 15 kilometers until you arrive at the Toli Peer viewpoint. Parking is available near the destination, but be mindful of the local traffic rules.

Public Transportation
For those opting for public transport, you can take a bus or van from Muzaffarabad to the nearest town, which is Rawalakot. Buses leave regularly from the main bus terminal. The fare is approximately 300 PKR per person. Once you reach Rawalakot, you will need to hire a local taxi to take you to Toli Peer. The taxi ride will cost around 1000 PKR and takes about 30-45 minutes. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand.

Hiking
For the adventurous, Toli Peer can also be accessed by hiking. If you are staying in Rawalakot, you can start your hike from the town and follow the scenic trails leading to Toli Peer. This hike is recommended for experienced hikers and can take approximately 3-4 hours, depending on your pace. Make sure to carry sufficient water and snacks, and wear appropriate hiking gear.
